Through Settings:

• Tap on the right bottom corner to open your profile.
• Click on the 3 lines in the top right corner.
• Go to Settings and tap on Privacy. 
• Just below Connections, click on Restrict.
• Tap continue.

Through Comments:

• Open Instagram to view posts and check the comments.
• Tap and hold the comment (Android) or swipe the comment (iPhone).
• Click on the exclamation mark and tap on Restrict/Unrestrict.
